Best Dealz Draw Terms & Conditions ("DRAW TERMS"):
These campaigns draw terms and conditions (“Draw Terms”) govern the terms and conditions applicable to Best Deals for Gift Trading LLC (“Best Deals”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) campaign draws (“Campaign Draw(s)”) that relate to Our website (“Site”).
These Terms and Conditions form a binding legal agreement between You and Us and apply to your use of our Platform and website in any way, through any electronic device (web, mobile, tablet, or any other device).
Participating in contest draws and winning prizes is an exciting opportunity, however, it also comes with certain terms and conditions to ensure fairness for all participants and proper administration of the contest. In addition to agreeing to the general Terms of Service, the following provisions outline important details regarding participation in our contest draws and requirements for claiming prizes.
Best Deals may amend these Draw Terms at any point in time without notice and the amendments will take effect once they have been displayed on the Platform.
You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these Draw Terms periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of the Platform and/or entry into Draws following any amendments shall be construed as acceptance of those amendments.
Draw Eligibility:
1. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may not use the Platform without the involvement of a parent or guardian.
2. Employees of Best Deals, any of their respective affiliates, parent or holding companies, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution, and their immediate family are not eligible to participate.
3. To be eligible for the weekly draw, you must make at least one purchase through the Platform during that week. Each purchase earns you one entry into the draw.
Draw Terms:
1. Draws will be approved by the relevant authorities in the UAE and are by the guidelines (as such they may be amended from time to time). A valid permit number will be issued for each respective Draw.
2. Only users with a valid Membership to the Platform that satisfies all the Terms are eligible to enter into our Draws.
3. By purchasing a gift card on the Best Deals website, you will have two redemption options:
- Enter the Draw:
You can choose to enter the gift card amount into a draw for a chance to win additional prizes. Or:
- Redeem from Vendors:
You can choose to redeem the full face value of the gift card directly at any store of our partner vendors.
- This allows you to guarantee redemption of the full gift card amount without the risk of not winning a prize.
4. If you choose to enter the draw and lose, you will have the option to enter another subsequent draw for a larger cash prize. However, entering additional drawings does not guarantee winning any prizes. Whether you choose to enter the draw(s) or directly redeem the gift card value at vendors, the full face value of the original gift card purchase will be available to you.
5. Entering the drawing(s) provides the opportunity to win extra prizes beyond the original gift card value, but comes with the risk of not winning and losing the chance of entry in that particular drawing.
6. The choice is up to the purchaser on whether they want to take a chance at winning more via the drawings or simply redeem the guaranteed gift card funds at vendors.
7. Best Deals website has an affiliate program where affiliates can earn points by referring customers. For each purchase made by a referred user, the affiliate will receive:
- 10 points for each gift card purchased by a user they referred
- An additional 5 points for each gift card purchased, if that referred user, goes on to purchase another gift card within 30 days.
Points can be redeemed for cash rewards. Points do not expire. This incentivizes affiliates to refer new customers and encourage repeat and upgraded purchases.
8. Draw Ticket numbers are computer generated and may not be sequential to the order in which the gift cards they are associated with are purchased. You cannot choose Ticket numbers as they are generated only upon checkout and completion of purchase of the associated products.
9. Draw tickets awarded to you through your use of our Platform are neither refundable nor transferable and are owned solely and exclusively by you.
10. The length of each Draw varies and the date when the Prizes are awarded can occur on any day of the week for the Draws that have 'sold out' a minimum of 24 hours before the day of the Draw.
11. The deadline to enter any Draw using your Ticket is before the sell-out of all products specified within the Draw, before the closure of the Draw (which happens before the Draw date); or, in the case of a timed Draw, before the end of the timer displayed on the campaign box of the specific Draw. The period of the Draws can be extended at Best Deals's sole discretion, and we will notify you of any such extension.
12. The names of winners will be announced on our associated social (online) media profiles unless you specifically advise us otherwise in writing before the Draw.
13. The number of winners per Draw will always be one (1).
14. On the Draw day, an email will be sent to the registered email on the Platform detailing the next steps and how you can claim the Prize, which may include the following:
- In the event, the winner is based in the United Arab Emirates, then he/she needs to collect the Prize from our premises with valid identification as may be required.
- In the event a winner does not reside in the United Arab Emirates, we will either courier the Prize to the winner by air or land or ship the Prize to the winner’s country of residence (nearest seaport as selected by us in our sole discretion) at the cost of the winner.
- We can also insure the shipment of the Prize at the cost of the winner. Collection from the port and clearance through the port and customs shall be the responsibility and at the cost, of the winner. Accordingly, all local taxes, customs duties, and any other form of expense beyond shipping and delivery at the port will be paid by the winner.
15. Once a Prize is handed to/collected by the courier/handler for international delivery, risk and responsibility will transfer to the winner and we no longer hold claim nor responsibility for any damage/injury incurred in transit, or upon delivery.
16. By entering the Draw, all winners consent to the use of all content made by or provided to us. This includes but is not limited to the use of their name, photographs, videos, call recordings, and other material created during the Draw, on the Platform and any social (online) media profile associated with us.
17. All Prizes displayed on our Platform will be awarded, as displayed, with only minor (if any) physical changes.
18. Where the registration or transfer of ownership of a Prize is necessary, such registration or transfer of ownership will be made against the name of the winner only, as it appears on the winning ticket. By entering the Draw of a Prize where registration or transfer of ownership is necessary, you agree that you meet the required government and regulatory criteria to receive such registration or transfer of ownership.
19. We will not be responsible for arranging any insurance, including travel insurance, medical insurance, transport, meals, or any other expenses of a personal nature incurred by the winner in the collection of the Prize unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.

21. We will not be responsible for claims, damages, or expenses of any nature whatsoever for any loss, illness, or bodily injury, including death, of or to any winner and/or any third party during and/or in the course of usage of any Prize or due to any defects in any Prizes.
22. Winners are responsible for any and all tax liability where applicable.
Draw Legal/Liability:
1. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and the decisions of Best Deals, which are final.
2. Entrants grant Best Deals the right to use their name, likeness, or comments for publicity purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
3. Best Deals reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if fraud or technical failures impair the integrity of the promotion as determined by Best Deals.
4. Best Deals is not responsible for any bank charges, including but not limited to processing fees from Your local bank.
5. Use of this website is at the user's own risk. Best Deals is not liable for any damages arising from its use.
6. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the weekly draw and shopping rewards terms at any time.
7. Personal data collected through the Platform will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Subject to your agreement and continuing compliance with these Terms and Conditions, Best Deals grants You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited license to access and use the Platform, through a supported Web browser or mobile device.
9. These Terms and Conditions do not grant You any right, title, or interest in the Platform or Content.
10. You acknowledge and agree that your license to use the Platform is limited by these Terms and Conditions and if you do not agree to, or act in contravention of, these Terms and Conditions, your license to use the Platform (including Draws and Content) may be immediately terminated.
11. These Terms shall be governed by the Dubai Economy & Tourism.
12. By accepting these Terms and Conditions You agree that your Participation is at your sole option, discretion, and risk. You will have no claims whatsoever against Best Deals or any of its partners, or respective directors, officers, or employees in relation to any losses You incur.

2. لا يحق لموظفي بيست ديلز أو أي من الشركات التابعة لهم أو الشركات الأم أو القابضة أو وكالات الإعلان أو أي شركة أو فرد آخر مشارك في التصميم والإنتاج والتنفيذ وعائلاتهم المباشرة المشاركة.
3. لكي تكون مؤهلاً للسحب الأسبوعي، يجب عليك إجراء عملية شراء واحدة على الأقل من خلال النظام الأساسي خلال ذلك الأسبوع. كل عملية شراء تكسبك دخولًا واحدًا في السحب.
شروط السحب:

- يسمح لك هذا بضمان استرداد مبلغ بطاقة الهدايا بالكامل دون المخاطرة بعدم الفوز بجائزة.

7. يحتوي موقع بيست ديلز على برنامج تابع حيث يمكن للعملاء التابعة كسب النقاط عن طريق إحالة العملاء. لكل عملية شراء يقوم بها مستخدم محال، ستتلقى الشركة التابعة:
- 10 نقاط لكل بطاقة هدايا يشتريها مستخدم يحيلونه
- 5 نقاط إضافية لكل بطاقة هدايا يتم شراؤها، إذا كان المستخدم المحال، تستمر في شراء بطاقة هدايا أخرى في غضون 30 يومًا.

9. سحب التذاكر الممنوحة لك من خلال استخدامك لمنصتنا غير قابلة للاسترداد ولا للتحويل وهي مملوكة لك فقط وحصريًا.
10. يختلف طول كل سحب ويمكن أن يحدث تاريخ منح الجوائز في أي يوم من أيام الأسبوع للسحوبات التي «بيعت» قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من يوم السحب.

يمكننا أيضًا تأمين شحن الجائزة على حساب الفائز. ويكون التحصيل من الميناء والتخليص عن طريق الميناء والجمارك مسؤولية الفائز وتكلفته. وفقًا لذلك، سيتم دفع جميع الضرائب المحلية والرسوم الجمركية وأي شكل آخر من أشكال النفقات بخلاف الشحن والتسليم في الميناء من قبل الفائز.

11. تخضع هذه الشروط لقانون دبي للاقتصاد والسياحة.
12. من خلال قبول هذه الشروط والأحكام توافق على أن مشاركتك تكون باختيارك وتقديرك ومسؤوليتك الخاصة. ولن تكون لديك أي مطالبات ضد شركة بيست ديلز أو أي من شركائها أو مدرائها التنفيذيين أو موظفيها المتعلقة بأي خسائر قد تتكبدها.
